WE ARE MVSU-NAA

The Mississippi Valley State University National Alumni Association (MVSU NAA), was established to serve its alumni and the University, to actively promote the interest of Mississippi Valley State University as an institution of higher learning, that Lives For Service. The MVSUNAA works to stimulate interest in the University among students, former students, graduates, family and friends of MVSU, corporate partners, and others while providing financial, moral and political support.

DEVERA BALL ALUMNI HOUSE RENOVATION PROJECT

The Devera Ball MVSUNAA Alumni & Foundation House  Renovation Project is a project to renovate the alumni association’s greatest asset and make it a destination resort for MVSU Alumni when they return to campus. The alumni house will serve as the national headquarters for the MVSUNAA and will provide office space for the executive committee members and will serve as a rental facility for the community.

GAME DAY SCORE INITIATIVE

An initiative to elevate the Game Day experience at (5) MVSU sports arenas.Through a partnership with Nevco, the MVSU-NAA will outfit Rice Totten Stadium,Harrison Complex, the Delta Devillette Soccer Field, the Delta Devillette Softball Field, and Delta Devil Baseball Field with new state of the art Scoreboard complete audio and video playback.

ENDOWMENT & LOIS ARON MEDITATION CHAPEL BELL RESTORATION PROJECT

This project, in honor of MVSU’s 70th Year Anniversary, will serve as tradition renaissance.  Since the early 1970’s the Lois Aron Meditation Chapel has provided hourly tolls from its bell tower to alert the MVSU community of the hour on the hour.  As a result of a thunderstorm in the late 90s, the bell tower tolled no more.
